AEM Project Managers

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AEM Project Manager for a 6 Month Contract role in Littleton, CO. This will be an engagement to support delivery of Retail Wireless Products and services - Wireless and stand-alone networks. Summary: You will work with UI/UX team to build out look and feel and help with coordination, delivery of targeted services. This PM will be supporting AEM implementations, optimization and workflows. Key Tasks:

• Operationalize and optimize the wireless services
• Operationalize optimization around delivery of content, products and wireless services via AEM
• Serve as the liaison between business and IT when it comes to implementations, recommendations, and support of AEM and wireless services
  
  

Examples of projects that this person will manage with help from the team (larger scope):

• Targeted services based on wireless customer location when phone is activated
• Ads and pop-up related material that rope customers in on specific products and services
• This person will coordinate across teams
• Pull Data, refine, usable model
• Bigger and broader picture is to build a better CDP via AEM and build out better dashboards
• Increase functionality around platform capabilities
• This person will be doing pure Project Delivery and Management and coordinate across teams daily

Requirements

• Needs to be proficient in AEM access, optimization, workflows, and analysis (Does not need to be technical in Dev or Engineering, again more delivery focused)
• Experience managing teams
  
  

Experience With

• Providing best practices for general improvement of AEM
• Operating within a Matrix-style PMO, coordinating cross-functional teams across different projects
• Overseeing multiple smaller projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery
• Utilizing data-driven decision-making to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently
  
  

Digital Project Expertise: Manage projects within a digital environment, requiring experience with:

• Adobe Suite CDP, AEM, Commerce, Edge, Target, and other relevant platforms
• Agile and Scrum Methodology
• Roadmapping and Tool Utilization
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
