Kforce has a client that is seeking an Analyst in Jupiter, FL. Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst II to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in tracking the implementation and design integration of major projects within our organization. This position requires a strong background in procedures, work orders, and preventative maintenance implementation. Key Responsibilities:

- Track the implementation and design integration of major projects
- Administratively track deliverables and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met
- As an Analyst, you will analyze project data and provide detailed reports on progress and performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation and procedures
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project implementation
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry
- Strong understanding of procedures, work orders, and preventative maintenance implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
