In this role, the Business Analyst/Process Improvement Analyst will document and analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of operational enhancements. Responsibilities:
- Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to gain a comprehensive understanding of business units and their workflows
- Support the identification, assessment, and implementation of operational improvement opportunities using various methods, including analytics, process improvement, and automation
- Collect and analyze data from different business lines, and communicate findings to managers through written and verbal reports
- Assist business teams in designing and optimizing their processes
- Maintain and enhance process flow charts and related documentation
- Provide process mapping assistance and deliver both on-the-spot and formal training to business partners
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
- 2-4 years of industry experience
- Strong analytical skills with a keen problem-solving ability
- Proficient in examining facts, asking insightful questions, and conducting research
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Azure ADO is a plus
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Blueworks Live)
- Familiarity with value stream mapping
