Business Analyst/Process Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. Are you passionate about driving efficiency and optimizing business processes? In this role, the Business Analyst/Process Improvement Analyst will document and analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of operational enhancements. Responsibilities:

• Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to gain a comprehensive understanding of business units and their workflows
• Support the identification, assessment, and implementation of operational improvement opportunities using various methods, including analytics, process improvement, and automation
• Collect and analyze data from different business lines, and communicate findings to managers through written and verbal reports
• Assist business teams in designing and optimizing their processes
• Maintain and enhance process flow charts and related documentation
• Provide process mapping assistance and deliver both on-the-spot and formal training to business partners
  
  

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
• 2-4 years of industry experience
• Strong analytical skills with a keen problem-solving ability
• Proficient in examining facts, asking insightful questions, and conducting research
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Azure ADO is a plus
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Blueworks Live)
• Familiarity with value stream mapping
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
