- Proposes and facilitates the advancement, improvement, and upkeep of a client's business systems, processes, and products using industry-specific expertise, advanced methodologies, processes, and tools
- Assists in developing innovative business solutions and influences the strategic trajectory of clients by capitalizing on a comprehensive understanding of information technology
- Coordinates the requirements management and the change management processes
- Directs development of visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design
- Cultivates and maintains both internal and external relationships to oversee scope, schedule, and expectations
- Coordinates and participates in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development
- Evaluates the business consequences of integrating technology into the present and future business landscape, identifying emerging business prospects
- Promotes process improvement activities as well as training of peers and clients
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies
- Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically, has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field
