Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Intelligence Product Owner in Chicago, IL. Job Responsibilities:
- Product Delivery: Manage the full product development process, from concept to launch. Track product performance and collect user feedback to guide future updates; Analyze key metrics to evaluate product success and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, users, strategic analytics, agencies, and vendors to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Brand Partner needs and market potential
- Prioritization: Develop and maintain the product backlog, breaking down complex user stories into clear, actionable tasks for the development team; Ensure the backlog is well-organized and prioritized based on business impact
- Release Management: Collaborate with engineering, scrum masters, quality assurance, and deployment teams to ensure on-time and high-quality product releases
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, offering regular updates on product progress, changes to the roadmap, upcoming releases, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Performance Analysis: Define and monitor leading and lagging KPIs to assess the performance of ad products and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree or Master's preferred
- Over 8 years of experience as a product owner or manager in Business Intelligence
- Proven experience and comfort with Agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of how audiences interact with and consume data
- In-depth knowledge of clean rooms, audience targeting, reporting, and measurement
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present relevant information and influence decision-making at all levels, from senior leaders to team members executing tasks
- Solid expertise in marketing insights: Skilled in gathering reporting and audience data, and transforming it into actionable insights
- Dashboard Management: Proficient in creating, managing, and deploying self-service advertising reporting and insights dashboards
- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting; Experience with 1st-party audience onboarding tools and data clean rooms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams, including Product, UX, Design, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Development
- Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity, and maintaining focus on execution
- Ability to break down large goals into iterative, actionable, and achievable plans
