Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV in Tucson, AZ. Summary: In this role you will personalize our agent's tool experiences through rapid prototyping, agile development and coordinated releases. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership. Duties Include:

Duties Include:
- Business Systems Analyst IV will facilitate joint design sessions to refine defined experience requirements
- Develop functional and/or non-functional prototypes to gain alignment/acceptance
- Develop and deliver new solutions at scale to support or personalize expert experiences
- As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will ensure developed solutions meet enterprise development standards
- Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives
- BS or BA degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Salesforce Admin certification required
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time
- Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform
- A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication
- A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experiences quickly
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification highly preferred
