Business Systems Analyst Mid

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Mid in Kennett Square, PA. A Mid-level Business Systems Analyst typically plays a key role in analyzing and designing information systems to meet the needs of an organization. Responsibilities may include:

• Business Systems Analyst will be gathering and documenting business requirements for new systems or system enhancements
• Analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Designing and developing system specifications, prototypes, and data models
• Leading meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Developing and executing test plans to ensure system quality and functionality
• Providing support and troubleshooting assistance for system issues
• Developing user documentation and training materials
• Collaborating with developers and other team members to implement solutions
• Leading small to medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger projects
• Staying current with industry trends and developments in business systems analysis
  
  

Requirements

• College degree needed: Technical degree, Engineering degree, or related concentration preferred
• 3-5 years of experience (related to role, not just 3-5 years of career experience; Experience must be applicable)
• SCADA application experience: 3-5 years
• Substation experience (below 138kv): 3-5 years
• Distribution voltage experience: 3-5 years
• Non-entry level role
• A Mid-level Business Systems Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
