Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst -SAP PLM in Chesterfield, MO. Duties Include:
- Work as integral team member of internal ERP IT team in close collaboration with Global Business Process lead providing leading best practices in standardizing our processes while implementing SAP PLM as well as interfacing with CAD solutions; The role is not hands-on but will require the candidate to challenge SI partner to leverage out of the box SAP S/4 HANA capabilities as well as support us in reviewing business requirement document, functional and technical specification document; Collaborate with key stakeholders and Global Process Leads to understand the business processes and document detailed functional business requirements
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for SAP configuration
- Design and implement standard SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals
- Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration and overall SAP S/4 implementation and support it end to end.
- Develop test cases and execute testing to ensure SAP solution meets business requirements
- Assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and validate implemented SAP functionalities
- Identify and troubleshoot issues providing timely solutions and workarounds
- Provide training and support to end users on new SAP functionalities
- Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of SAP processes and stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience configuring SAP Production Planning and Product Lifecycle Management
- Excellent understanding of ECR (engg. Change request) and ECO (engg. Change order) end to end process
- Excellent understanding of relevant PLM master data as well as cleansing needs
- Excellent understanding of interfacing CAD solutions (AutoCAD, SolidWorks for mechanical and electrical drawings) with SAP PLM via SAP ECTR, hands-on integration expertise is preferred
- Several SAP PLM module implementation experience, S/4 HANA required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary : $80 - $90
