- Debug and troubleshoot cloud automation issues, leveraging analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Analyze problems from multiple perspectives to ensure comprehensive understanding and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud infrastructure and automation processes
- Assist in the deployment and management of Kubernetes (K8) clusters and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (K8) and Helm for container orchestration
- Experience with AWS services and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Go for scripting and automation tasks
- Understanding of GitLab and CI/CD processes for continuous integration and delivery
- Experience with Kops or equivalent tools for managing Kubernetes clusters
- Knowledge of observability tools, such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana, to monitor system performance
- Understanding of Kubernetes ingress concepts for managing external access to services
- Familiarity with service mesh concepts and their application in cloud environments
- Knowledge of Java or Node.js for developing microservices
