Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a CMM Analyst in Orlando, Fl. Overview: The Reporting Specialist will lead collaboration with key customers and stakeholders to maintain existing reports and develop new operational reports for Direct Marketing. This includes data reporting, maintaining consistent definitions of productivity measures and serving as the source of all Marketing Contact Management information required by internal customers. They will learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each reporting goal and task to become a reporting process and system expert. The Senior Reporting specialist will become the Direct Marketing Contact Management System data expert. Specialists are expected to gain a thorough working knowledge of Direct Marketing's data reporting policies and procedures as well as client requirements, expectations and metrics related to reporting. The Reporting Specialist will adapt quickly to any changes in the reporting process. You will troubleshoot issues, validate data and report issues that might impact data and take personal responsibility for solving and finding solutions. The ideal candidate will understand database principles, processes, technologies, and tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Cognos, SSRS, and Tableau Reports. The ideal candidate will give attention to detail and process, follow-through, technical knowledge, ability to quickly learn and demonstrate multi-tasking capabilities and proven success in fast paced environment.

Requirements
- 4 years of experience any of Cognos Reports, SSRS Reports, Tableau Reports, and ability to learn technology quickly
- Reporting experience
- Call center experience
- Reporting experience with CXOne
- Working knowledge of applications such as MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), MS SQL and Stored Procedures
- Knowledge of call center business
- Analysis and logic skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
- High customer service orientation
- High level of integrity, honesty, and judgment
- Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer data
- Demonstrated multitasking capability and proven success in fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills
