Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from our customers. Primary duties will include:

- Contacting customers to follow up on overdue invoices and payments
- Resolving billing discrepancies and customer queries
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Preparing regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 2 years of corporate billing experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
