Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Analyst will conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job classifications, and compensation policies
- Perform market pricing and benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation programs
- Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement incentive and bonus programs
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
- As a Compensation Analyst, you will participate in annual salary review processes, including merit increases and promotions
- Prepare and present compensation reports and dashboards to stakeholders
- Assist in the development and administration of job evaluation and grading systems
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters
- Minimum 5 years of Compliance Analyst experience in a mid-large size organization or professional services organization
- In-depth experience with HRIS Systems (Workday preferred but similar system could substitute)
- Strong Excel skills - role will be creating spreadsheets of data for benchmarking (Functions = data entry, pivot tables, V/H look ups, macros, etc.)
- Strong organization, analytical, and financial modeling skills, with proven ability to translate analysis into themes and recommended actions
- Strong planning, problem solving & execution skills
- Ability to work confidentially with sensitive information
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
