Kforce has a client in search of a talented Compliance Analyst in San Antonio, TX. Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Senior - CFO to work a hybrid schedule from one of our regional offices. In this role you will implement independent risk-based testing under the Enterprise Testing program methodology to ensure departmental processes and activities align with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The enterprise Compliance and Operational Risk Testing (ECORT) Analyst Senior supports the Second Line of Defense's oversight of the Chief Financial Office (CFO) function with minimal direct supervision and will be responsible for the execution and reviews of ongoing evaluations of the risk and control environment. Essential Functions:

Essential Functions:
- Perform steps needed to plan and execute testing of compliance with laws/regulations and operational risks of complex policies/procedures
- Assist with the creation, review, and execution of test steps to identify compliance and operational risks
- Follow direction of Leads/Director, to include providing input and subject matter expertise, on areas of testing
- Utilizing critical thinking and project management skills aid the ECORT testing team in completing all tasks in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree (10 years total experience required without a degree)
- 6 or more years of proven experience (internal/external audit, operational risk/compliance testing, quality assurance)
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying federal and state laws and regulations and guidance or operational risk principles/concepts
- Sophisticated knowledge of testing techniques and data analysis principles, as well as the ability to interpret subsequent results
- Proven track record of communicating effectively at all levels of management
- Proficiency in AWS testing
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
