Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Content Writer 1 in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities :

• Content Writer 1 will research, plan, design, write, and continuously update game-related content and training materials.
• Create a wide range of high-quality documentation using clear and concise language.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams located around the world to document clear information on tools, APIs, processes, and agent workflows.
• Create player-facing support content and agent-facing documentation and training materials for new launches and updates.
• As a Content Writer 1, you will review and edit content provided by partners, players, and the community.
• Collaborate with program managers and player support to keep up with the latest game developments and to author content that will attract and support players.
• Use data to inform content and training strategy and improvements.
• Align with business goals and team priorities.

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
