This is a long-term opportunity to help support a growing company and serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers during product deployment, scale up, filing, launch, and commercialization. This is a long-term opportunity to help support a growing company and serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers during product deployment, scale up, filing, launch, and commercialization. Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead medium cross functional support teams, ensuring good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of implementation of new systems for new and existing customers
- Generate and implement project plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments
- Build team ownership and commitment to project plan and identify, manage, and communicate project risks
- Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk
- Interact with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations, such as escalations of operational issues like spare parts not arriving to the site or issues with installation and implementation of machines, etc.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates to management on a weekly basis
- Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision logs, metrics, and other key communications
- Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them
- Ensure Kornit's policies and practices are followed and accurate documentation requirements are followed
- Identify and utilize internal teams, implantation engineers, logistics, and support escalation teams, required for project activities, develop project budgets, resource allocations and timelines
- Partner and collaborate with Support Manager, Delivery Manager, Service Director, and others, to achieve project completions and internal KPIs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization
- Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule and budget
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong Emotional Intelligence, situational leadership, and ability to manage by influence
- Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution
- Comfortable communicating to and presenting in front of all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- PMPx certification desired
- Proficiency in Monday application
- Print Industry background
- Technical or engineering background
