Data Analyst with Power Apps

Responsibilities

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Data Analyst with Power Apps in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. Summary: This role involves maintaining and improving the application, developing new features, and providing key insights through Tableau dashboards and SQL querying. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in Power Apps development and administration, dashboard creation, and data analysis tools such as Excel and Python. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the internal Power Apps application, ensuring functionality and performance
• Develop new features and improvements based on business needs
• Create and publish Tableau dashboards from scratch, providing clear visual insights
• Manage Tableau Server publishing and dashboard administration
• Perform SQL querying to extract and analyze data
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data analysis and reporting
• Write and optimize Python scripts for automation and data processing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with Power Apps development and administration
• Hands-on experience in building and publishing Tableau dashboards
• Experience with Python scripting for data analysis and automation
• Proficiency in SQL querying for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with hiring lifecycle applications or HR data
• Background in telecommunications or IT-related industries
• Familiarity with additional data visualization tools beyond Tableau
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
