Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analytics Project Manager in Tampa, FL. Key Tasks:
- Lead the planning and execution of moderately complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including leadership, technical teams, and business units, to drive successful project outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, recommend solutions, and escalate as necessary to resolve conflicts or delays
- Serve as a key point of contact and advisor on project-related activities, providing guidance and updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, including executive-level presentations, and ensure clear communication of project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Apply established project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, and resource tracking tools
- Support effective project kickoffs by identifying key stakeholders and clarifying roles and responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective tracking, issue resolution, and reporting of progress
- Work with teams to confirm and allocate necessary resources, using project management tools to build and maintain schedules
- Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Assist in identifying and resolving potential obstacles, recommending and implementing approved solutions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of quality assurance and software development practices as applicable to the project scope
- Perform other project-related duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of data analysts and project management experience
- Must have strong reporting and data analytics experience
- Experience utilizing and creating dashboards required
- Experience with data visualization/dashboard tools preferred (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx)
- Open to occasional travel as needed
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus
- Experience consulting or working for a Big 4 firm preferred
