Data Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Data Reporting Analyst. Key Responsibilities:

• The Data Reporting Analyst will develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using ThoughtSpot, Tableau, and Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create meaningful visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Monitor and maintain dashboard performance, optimizing queries and data models as needed
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis
• The Data Reporting Analyst will train and support end users on best practices for utilizing reporting tools
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in data reporting and visualization using ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI
• Experience working with large datasets and data manipulation techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
