Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a DevOps Engineer. Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and improve existing cmake based CI/CD pipelines to automate the software deployment process, ensuring rapid and reliable releases
- Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring of robotic systems software and infrastructure
- Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure necessary for the development, testing, and deployment of robotic software systems. This includes servers, networks
- Security: Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain best practices for securing robotic systems and infrastructure
- Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address issues in real-time, ensuring high system availability and performance
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, robotics engineers, and other cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide infrastructure and automation support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, preferably in a robotics or automation-focused environment
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and Cmake
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (specifically JIRA, GitLab CI/CD, JFrog)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team

- Utilizing Linux with a small cloud presence in Azure (Azure is not a must have)
