Position Summary: We are seeking a Digital Execution Strategist with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our dynamic Enterprise Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving multiple website projects, delivering exceptional user experiences, and optimizing content management strategies within Adobe Experience Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Execution Strategist will develop and execute digital strategies leveraging Adobe Experience Manager to enhance user engagement and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and design, to ensure seamless integration and execution of AEM projects
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AEM, ensuring best practices in content management, personalization, and performance optimization
- Conduct regular audits and performance analysis of website, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- As a Digital Execution Strategist, you will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in digital technologies, particularly within the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance digital capabilities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies in all digital activities
- Support daily execution of front-end changes to the Company Services, Gexa and Usource websites
- Liaison between business unit partners and the Adobe Center of Excellence team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital strategy, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager
- Proven track record of successfully executing and managing digital projects using AEM
- In depth knowledge of content management systems (CMS), web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
- Proficient in HTML, OSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
