Kforce's client, a rapidly growing, progressive NY/NJ based CPA firm is seeking an outstanding Transaction Services Director. The firm is a leading provider of professional services to middle market businesses. Overview: In this dynamic role, you will work within the Advisory practice servicing both corporate and private equity clients. Work will include readiness and diligence services pre-close through transaction integration and execution. You will lead and manage challenging due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to the acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and other buyers and sellers. The Transaction Services Director will utilize proven business development skills to identify and land new engagements. You will also lead and motivate staff members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years of related work experience: with at least 5 years of experience in financial due diligence, preferably with a CPA firm; CPA license preferred
- Successful track record of building this line of business
- Experience servicing private equity groups
- Experience developing and supervising staff
- Skilled at identifying client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understand the client's business
- Current with the Transaction and Advisory Services industry
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to travel occasionally locally and nationally
- The firm has offices in NJ and NYC and offers work from home/remote work options
