Responsibilities

Kforce has a retail client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Analyst. This individual will leverage data and insights from multiple marketing channels to optimize performance and guide strategic decision-making. The expectation for the team is to go beyond traditional analytics reporting and provide actionable insights and to facilitate change and drive business outcomes. This role will be responsible for managing a high volume of marketing campaigns & A/B testing across the client's 7 brands. This includes ~100 campaigns each week, millions of emails per year and 12-15 A/B testing/email tests per year.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on business/data analysis experience
  • Strong experience with email reporting and analytics and campaign performance monitoring
  • Experience with Domo or a similar digital marketing reporting tool
  • Experience working in an environment with a high number of campaigns per week and emails per year
  • B2C industry experience; Retail experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of email marketing campaigns, channels, triggers
  • A/B testing, campaign performance monitoring, Batch & Blast, Trigger Emails, SMS/MMS, Push notifications
  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to various stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Salesforce data extraction experience is a plus
  • Basic SQL experience is a plus
  • Paid social/affiliate marketing and experience with different types of attribution models is a plus
  • If someone has Google Analytics (instead of Adobe Analytics) but retail experience, our team is open to reviewing the candidate

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
