Kforce has a client that is seeking an ERP Program Manager in Billerica, MA. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, considering all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle
- Integration Management: Oversee dependencies across interconnected projects, including vendor tasks, providing analysis and forecasting to align resource requirements with project goals
- Reporting and Oversight: Present consolidated program, portfolio, and project status updates, including financials, to senior leadership; Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope
- Deliverable Management: Create and maintain essential project deliverables while managing project lifecycles through tools like Smartsheet
- Project Documentation: Develop and manage key project documents such as the Project Charter, Stakeholder Register, Scope, WBS, Schedule, Communication Plan, Training Plan, Validation Plan, Testing Plan, Deployment Plan, Budget/Financial Plan, Status Reports, Change Logs, and Closure Documents
- Resource Management: Identify resource needs and coordinate allocation to ensure quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP certification required
- At least 15 years of project management experience, including 7 years in program management with a focus on managing interdependencies, resources, schedules, and budgets
- A minimum of 7 years overseeing ERP implementations from initiation through post-implementation support
- At least 5 years managing resources within a complex, matrixed environment
- A minimum of 5 years in a client or patient-focused setting
- At least 5 years of experience in resource and capacity planning, budgeting, problem-solving, strategic planning, and quality management at the program level
- A minimum of 5 years leading cross-functional teams
- At least 5 years of experience with Smartsheets
- Proven track record in managing complex ERP programs, consistently delivering projects on scope, time, and budget
- Extensive experience as a senior project manager, independently handling small-scale programs or components of larger initiatives
- Strong ability to engage and influence diverse teams
- Strong independent judgment and problem-solving capabilities, with actionable recommendations provided to leadership
- Experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations in healthcare settings (e.g., Infor, Oracle, SAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets for managing resources, schedules, and budgets
- Familiarity with bio-tech operational processes, such as supply chain and finance
