Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $50.00 / hr - $57.00 / hrResponsibilities Lead Experience Design : The Experience Designer will independently create and refine user experiences across platforms, with a focus on intuitive data visualizations and workflows.Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and drive user experience initiatives.Simplify Complexity : Transform complex financial information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals.Prototyping & Implementation : Develop detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.Data-Driven Design : The Experience Designer will utilize data insights and research to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction.Maintain Design Systems : Contribute to and help maintain our design system to ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms.Requirements 3-5 years of experience in UX design or a related field, with strong skills in visual design and prototyping.Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe CS, or similar.In-depth understanding of design systems and experience in maintaining cohesive design standards.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Kforce is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
