The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEC reporting and a desire to grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and related disclosures
- Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews
- Monitor and implement new accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
- Participate in the preparation of earnings releases and other public disclosures
- Work closely with senior management and the C-suite on financial reporting matters
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
