Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is searching for a Financial Analyst in Maryland Heights, MO. Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with a focus on understanding profit and loss statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and robust reporting capabilities. You will play a critical role in providing insights that drive strategic decision-making and support the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, including profit and loss statements, to assess performance and identify trends
• Financial Analyst will develop and track KPIs to provide insights into business performance and recommend strategies for improvement
• Create and maintain financial reports using Tableau to visualize data for stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level presentations in PowerPoint to communicate financial insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and enhance reporting processes
• As a Financial Analyst, you will assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business development
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Years of financial analysis experience, preferably in the telecom industry
• Financial Experience: Deep understanding of profit and loss statements, KPIs, and reporting metrics
• Tableau Experience: Proficient in using Tableau for data analysis and visualization
• Executive Reporting Experience: Skilled in Excel for financial modeling and analysis; Skilled in PowerPoint for creating high-impact reports and presentations for senior management
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey financial information
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
