Excellent communication skills and technical proficiency are essential to succeed in this position. Responsibilities:
- Review and process daily purchase orders and integrate them into budget forecasts
- Perform detailed financial analyses, including capital and operating expense tracking, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Work closely with SharePoint to organize and manage financial data and related documentation
- Leverage Microsoft Power Automate to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency (no coding required)
- Analyze current financial processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy
- Use advanced Excel features, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to support data analysis and reporting
- Occasionally interact with high-level leadership to present findings and recommendations
- Maintain organizational tools like Smartsheets to track tasks and improve productivity
- In-depth knowledge of budget forecasting, capital and operating expenses, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for process optimization
- Familiarity with SharePoint for data management and collaboration
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and occasionally present to leadership
- Experience with Smartsheets for organizational purposes (preferred)
- Knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing systems (preferred)
