Summary: This role focuses on capital markets products, particularly in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) space, driving technology-enabled solutions that align business goals with IT architecture. The Functional Solutions Architect will design and optimize end-to-end business processes, ensure seamless system integration, and deliver scalable architecture solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include process mapping, data modeling, technology integration, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that support long-term business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8 years in business process architecture, improvement, and transformation
- Proven track record in creating capability maps, process flows, and business models
- Experience with system integration and data modeling (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Azure)
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Azure, and AI tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot
- Skilled in cross-system process design and data integration
- Process design and optimization aligned with strategic goals
- Strong technical acumen in integration and data modeling
- Project leadership and change management expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
- CRE industry experience highly preferred
