Kforce has a client that is seeking a Grants Manager in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Post-Award Management:
- Oversee the financial and administrative management of awarded grants
- Ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance and other federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Monitor grant expenditures and budgets to ensure alignment with approved funding
- Prepare and submit financial reports and invoices to funding agencies as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant activities and documentation
- Ensure all grant activities comply with the terms and conditions of the award
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial and programmatic reports to funders
- Coordinate and facilitate audits and site visits by funding agencies
- Stay current with changes in Uniform Guidance and other relevant regulations
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on grant-related matters
- Conduct training sessions for staff on grant management policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and best practices for grant management
- Work closely with finance, legal, and program staff to ensure seamless grant administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for funders on post-award matters
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address grant-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in grant management, with a focus on post-award administration
- In-depth knowledge of Uniform Guidance and other relevant regulations
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office Suite
