- Home Loan Specialist will perform routine data entry and validation tasks
- Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
- Review and validate loan documents
- Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
- As a Home Loan Specialist, you will monitor work queues and intervening as needed
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
