The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for administrative support on employee and manager inquiries, while also contributing to the continuous enhancement of our accommodations program. The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for administrative support on employee and manager inquiries, while also contributing to the continuous enhancement of our accommodations program. - Coordinate the accommodation case management lifecycle for new and current employees
- Maintain and update data within Workday (our HRIS) and workplace accommodations systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace accommodation inquiries, providing guidance on the accommodation process and available resources
- Manage employee files and be responsible for uploading employee documentation compliant with local legislation
- Manage and triage incoming requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring each ticket is accurately routed to the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution
- Prepare and create accommodation process letters and notifications
- Locate and prepare all job descriptions for medical accommodations
- Support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting
- Manage necessary interactions and coordination with employees, managers, HR stakeholder teams and external stakeholders on a regular basis for accommodation issues and processes
- Assist with ad-hoc projects process improvements, projects, and activities to maintain and enhance compliance, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources (preferred not needed)
- 1-2 years of prior experience in an HR/Benefits role
- Strong customer service, administrative, or case management experience
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in google office suite preferred (gmail, gdoc, etc.)
- Experience and/or experience from a ticketing system is a plus (ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
