Kforce has a client that is seeking a HubSpot Developer in Irving, TX. Summary: We are looking for a HubSpot Developer to join a team of multidisciplinary engineers who create digital products that millions of customers experience every day. We are seeking experienced CRM Developers with expertise in HubSpot. These Developers will assist in developing custom CRM workflows and integrating APIs. Responsibilities:
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Develop Custom CRM Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows within HubSpot to streamline business processes and enhance customer engagement
- API Integration: Integrate HubSpot with other internal and external systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to create digital products that enhance the customer experience
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HubSpot CRM, including data migration, cleansing, and enrichment
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of HubSpot implementations to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for HubSpot-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot processes and provide training to team members on best practices and new features
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with HubSpot: Proven experience in developing and managing HubSpot CRM, including custom workflows and API integrations
- Sales Hub Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, including pipeline management, sales automation, and reporting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or similar, and experience with RESTful APIs
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within the CRM system
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $55 - $60
