Infrastructure Engineer Senior

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer Senior in Columbus, OH. The candidate will be part of a larger team delivering high quality Computer, Network, Storage and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, on-going support to the business. Key Tasks:

• Infrastructure Engineer Senior will independently complete infrastructure project assignments
• Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations
• Produces technical documentation, support and configuration
• As an Infrastructure Engineer Senior, you will manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems
• Monitor system performance and installs and configures hardware
• Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage the client's technology standards, architectures and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, standards, codes and regulations relevant to assignments
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of client's infrastructure, environment, components, and facilities to enable more efficient and comprehensive responses to projects and problems
• Exhibit and apply proficiency in analysis, design, problem solving, troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and customer service skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
