Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and oversee critical infrastructure projects within our client's telecommunications environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, the ability to track project scope and schedules, and expertise in managing escalations and conflict resolution. Additionally, familiarity with RACI matrices is essential for effectively defining roles and responsibilities across teams. Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end management of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Utilize project management methodologies to define project scope, schedules, risks, and milestones
- Identify and escalate project risks or roadblocks, ensuring proper mitigation strategies are in place
- Monitor project performance, track dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum
- Implement and enforce RACI models to clarify team roles and responsibilities
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure or telecommunications projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Proven ability to track project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively
- Experience in risk management, escalation handling, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
- Familiarity with RACI matrices and their application in project execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
- Experience working in a telecommunications or network infrastructure environment
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and change management processes
