Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager experienced in leading technical teams during Merger & Acquisition integrations or at least experienced with application/infrastructure/networking/cybersecurity integrations. Summary: The Infrastructure Project Manager will need to understand how to lead and manage integration efforts across application, database, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams. This role will work in office 5 days a week, and the position would be primarily based out of the Juno Beach campus with occasional (1-2 times a month) travel to other FPL South Florida offices. We anticipate a start date in late April. The duration would be a long-term contract, 1 year to start and potential to convert to a permanent position. Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple IT work streams/teams for technical integration within Corporate IT while adhering to Corporate IT standards and policies
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
• Develop and maintain project metrics that are presented through a variety of dashboards and PowerPoint presentation decks
• Manage budgets and report on program/project financials; Coordinate with accounting on financial tracking, including accruals
• Utilize Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence for project tracking, status reporting, and documentation storage
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related field
• 10 years of strong Program/Project Management skills (with some agile understanding) and a fit with our corporate culture
  
  

10 years of Project Management experience in a combination of the following areas:

• IT Infrastructure/Network Management
• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and MS Office
• Working knowledge of networking and Cybersecurity best practices
• 2 years of Supervisor/Manager experience
• Possess in-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure
• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills
• Capture meeting minutes and track action items until completion
• Strong program/project management, performance tracking, and reporting skills with minimal oversight required to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with offshore resources as needed
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher level university degree such as an MBA
• Preferred Certification/License - PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
• M&A integration experience
• Experience working with team leads specializing in AWS (Amazon Web Services), GitHub, Salesforce, Slack, Figma, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics tools (Power BI), Kubernetes
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
