Kforce has a client in Corvallis, OR that is seeking an Installation/Facilities Project Manager. Summary: We are a leading organization specializing in complex fabrication and manufacturing processes. Our campus consists of 10 buildings, including a variety of labs and manufacturing areas. We work closely with various customers to deliver high-quality projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction/Installation Project Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering and technical expertise. This person will be tied to another Senior Project Manager for support and collaboration. The role involves managing roughly 100 projects, each with 20-40 subitems. Weekly coordination meetings with tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee and manage construction and installation projects across our campus, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of electrical engineering, programming logic controllers (PLCs), and control systems to guide project execution
- Coordination: Work closely with other Senior Project Managers and vendors to coordinate efforts and ensure project dependencies are managed effectively
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place for tool installations and other project requirements
- Quality Control: Monitor and manage air contamination, HVAC systems, wet and dry processes, furnaces, and high-energy equipment
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and standards, particularly in labs with chemical inputs, waste outputs, gas inputs, and nitrogen flow
- Training: Train new team members on software and project management practices, aiming for them to be up to speed within six months
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct weekly rapid-fire meetings with over 100 tradespeople to coordinate projects and dependencies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- PMP certification or actively pursuing PMP certification
- Certified Construction Management is a plus
- Extensive experience working with government and defense contractors
- Strong technical background with knowledge of PLCs and control systems
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple subitems and dependencies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
