Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integrations Architect for a 100% Remote position. Responsibilities:
- Integrations Architect will define and develop the HCM integration architecture strategy and an associated roadmap in conjunction with the Integration Center of Excellence team; Map the HCM integration solutions to the architecture blueprint
- Define and develop the HCM integration standards to align and comply with industry standards thus allowing for seamless integration with partners, vendors, suppliers, and customers whilst maintaining the highest level of security compliance
- Support the development of standards-based integration architectures, solutions and patterns that are in alignment with the strategy and roadmap
- Facilitate, promote, and evangelize the importance of business process orchestration to realize successful integration solutions
- Demonstrate and provide measurable value of the proposed integration architecture in terms of improved the time-to-market, ROI with the lowest TCO
- Provide industry technology best practices as a highly seasoned senior professional to multiple project teams through the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (Product and Project Delivery Lifecycles)
- As an Integrations Architect, you will act as practitioner and coach Architecture Processes and Development Methodology
- Collaborate with Project Management Office and Service Management leaders to develop a plan to monitor and govern the proposed integrations
- Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to management staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear and concise language that is easy grasped by the intended audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8 years in IT and business/industry
- 5 years of leadership responsibility in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
- Experience working in a global/multi-national organization in a shared services organization
- Experience in leading large geographically distributed and diverse teams
- Significant experience within the data & integration domain
- Requires someone that has been a Lead Senior Workday Integration Architect for at least one of more, large Global projects with more than 20 countries, 5k plus employees and led the Workday Systems Architecture as well as the Integrations Architecture and advise client on best practices
- Experience with Workday and Boomi preferred
