Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Analyst in New Haven, CT. Summary: We are seeking a talented and proactive IT Support Analyst to assist with troubleshooting general computer, internet, and application issues for users. The role involves providing assistance in person or through remote technologies, diagnosing problems, and recommending or performing remedial actions to restore system functionality. This is a hybrid role that will require the candidate to work in the office a couple days a week in New Haven, CT. Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic computer and internet issues in a hybrid Windows and MacOS environment
- Provide support for application-related problems
- As an IT Support Analyst, you will assist users in person or through remote support tools
- Recommend or implement minor corrective actions based on system operations knowledge
- Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution
- 2-3 years of IT Support experience in Windows, MacOS, and O365 environments
- Strong understanding of computer systems and general Internet functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
