IT Systems Analyst II - Gas Systems

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an IT Systems Analyst II - Gas Systems. Responsibilities:

• The IT Systems Analyst will design, develop, enhance, and support Gas System Application modules such as TIPS Accounting and gathering, BOBJ reporting, Oracle Database Objects, Data Archiving, and Interfaces to other upstream and downstream systems
• Design, develop, enhance, and support PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Indexes
• Participate in project design, development, test and implementation activities with IT and Business users
• Support for IT and User testing and deployment of Vendor Builds and Patches
• The IT Systems Analyst will work directly with end users and business analysts to understand new/changing business requirements and functional enhancements as requested
  
  

Requirements

• Attained an education from an accredited institution in Engineering, Computer Science or CIS/MIS
• 5 years of experience database development and analysis (SQL and/or Oracle PL/SQL)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated team player
• Possesses a commitment to quality and customer service
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
