Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting our sales processes and systems, helping drive efficiency and accuracy across our operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow etc.
- Conversational intelligence tooling experience a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
