Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a KingswaySoft Consultant in Faribault, MN. Summary: As a KingswaySoft Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing seamless data integration and migration solutions for our clients, with a particular focus on moving data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations using the KingswaySoft Integration Toolkit. Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data integration and migration projects, specifically focusing on moving data from various source systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Design and develop robust data migration strategies and workflows using the KingswaySoft Integration Toolkit
• Configure and customize KingswaySoft components (e.g., SSIS connectors, data flows, control flows) to effectively extract, transform, and load data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Analyze source system data, identify data quality issues, and implement data cleansing and transformation rules for successful migration
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration challenges, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and minimal disruption to business operations
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, business analysts, and other technical team members throughout the migration process
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation related to data migration processes, including source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
• Adjust and maintain current data integration scripts and processes
• Assist in onboarding new customers by understanding their data integration needs and implementing initial solutions
• Maintain existing data sets and integrate new data sets into the Dynamics 365 environment
• Stay current with the latest features and best practices for data migration within the KingswaySoft and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven and demonstrable experience in migrating data from diverse source systems (e.g., legacy systems, databases, other CRM/ERP platforms) into Microsoft Dynamics 365 using the KingswaySoft Integration Toolkit is a critical requirement
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations architecture, data models, and data import/export capabilities
• Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL, particularly in the context of data manipulation and transformation
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with various data sources and targets
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with a keen eye for data quality
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain data migration concepts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple migration tasks effectively
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly those related to data and integration
• Experience with data migration tools beyond KingswaySoft
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, C#) for data manipulation and automation
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data migration services
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
