Lead Enterprise Network Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Lead Enterprise Network Analyst. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Enterprise Network Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network solutions, including firewalls, routers, and switches
• Configure, monitor, and maintain network policies, firewall rules, and access controls to ensure security and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal connectivity
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and enforce network best practices and security protocols
• Perform regular network assessments, audits, and capacity planning to support business growth
• As a Lead Enterprise Network Analyst, you will stay up to date with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network analysts
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, with a strong focus on firewall administration
• Hands-on experience with network technologies such as Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Check Point
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols, routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs), and VPN technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
