Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Lead UI Developer. Responsibilities:
- Leading and actively participating in solution design discussions working with product owners, top engineers and architects
- Building quality code that adheres to sound design and architecture patterns and engineering excellence standards
- Using Test Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development practices and crafting robust unit test cases to deliver high quality products
- Willing to provide support during U.S. business hours and participate in 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Advanced Mathematics or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of information technology/software engineering experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying cloud native, web-based applications (AWS preferred)
- 5 years of experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript development
- Experience with Automation Tools/Frameworks including Unit, Component, Functional, Performance, and Security testing
- Experience with DevOps/Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Jenkins Core, Git, Artifactory and Jira, or equivalents)
- Experience with REST-based API's
- Experience in Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
- Experience developing API's with Python
- Experience working with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Experience working with a data lake or data warehouse such as Snowflake
