Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational management of in and out licensing partnerships, including business development, partner onboarding, product and marketing approvals, and financial oversight
- Set up new partner onboarding across brand, product, sales, and marketing
- Manage seasonal product and design direction kick-off meetings, providing product and brand marketing direction
- Oversee the product and marketing approval process to ensure strong brand fit
- Manage seasonal or yearly marketing direction, facilitating kick-offs for marketing creative concepts, storyboards, and PR plans
- Create templates and initiate processes and systems to support the growing out licensing business
- Create pitch decks for new properties and compile external licensing applications
- Collect forecasting data with geos and collate commercial plans across product and distribution
- Manage the intake process with geos and teams, and collate post-launch selling reports
- Review quarterly and yearly business plans, providing guidance and identifying growth opportunities
- Monitor and support dialogues around actuals to forecast and royalty collection
- Explore additional growth opportunities around product and distribution
- Create P&Ls and monitor sales to forecast, providing quarterly status updates
- Ensure on-time and accurate royalty reporting
- Support internal energy forecasting at the contract stage and manage forecasting reporting to external partners
- Review and understand all active contracts, supporting contractual execution and amendments
- Serve as the main point of contact within the company, guiding teams on downstream execution
- Experience in licensing partnerships, business development, and financial management
- Strong understanding of product and marketing approval processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a global environment
