In this position, you will act as the copilot to the Plant Director, leveraging your financial and analytical expertise and leadership skills in setting strategic direction, identifying financial opportunities, and leading key improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
- Analyzing financial data to inform decision-making
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Six or more years of accounting and finance experience required, including management experience
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing
- Proactive self-starter with excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
