Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
- Analyzing financial data to inform decision-making
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Six or more years of accounting and finance experience required, including management experience
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing
- Proactive self-starter with excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
