Kforce's client in Garland, TX is in urgent need of an experienced NetSuite Consultant and accounting professional to assist with their ERP implementation training and testing. Their go-live is April 1st. They are looking to hire and start immediately for a 4-month engagement, with possibility to extend further. Responsibilities include:

- The NetSuite Consultant will enter intercompany billing
- Enter freight bills
- Maintaining prepaid inventory schedule
- 3-way matching of vendor invoices to receiving paperwork and PO
- Daily reconciliation of customer credit card deposits
- Assisting with NetSuite training and data validation
- Training Controller with first financial close in NetSuite
- Assisting accounting staff with any NetSuite issues and training
- The NetSuite Consultant will take their current business processes and show them the quickest way to do it in NetSuite
- Show them shortcuts in NetSuite (everything to date has been navigating drop down menus when they know there are faster ways)
- Accounting/Finance background - this role is ideal for someone who has been an Accounting Manager before and then moved into NetSuite
- NetSuite SME in their most recent role, preferably led at least one company through an implementation/post-implementation before
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
