Kforce has a client in the Milwaukee, WI area that is looking for an Operations Finance Manager. The Operations Finance Manager is responsible for developing, managing and reporting on manufacturing and inventory costs, providing financial analysis and recommendations to the business to improve efficiency and reduce waste, and participating in the development of the annual budget, routine forecasts and monthly financial close process. This role partners with Operations leadership and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline required
- CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience across finance and accounting
- Cost accounting in a manufacturing environment

Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
