Kforce's client, a successful real estate investment company in Boston, MA is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this individual will primarily support the payroll and benefits plans for the company's 100 corporate and commercial employees. Responsibilities: Payroll:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this individual will primarily support the payroll and benefits plans for the company's 100 corporate and commercial employees. Responsibilities: Payroll:
- Bi-weekly payroll processing including the management of new hires, terminations, hourly rates, salaries, paid leave & holidays, withholdings and other related payroll information
- Manage the quarterly & annual state & federal reporting requirements (prepared by ADP)
- Support the annual audit process for Workers Compensation
- Administer various employee benefits programs such as group health, dental, disability, life, deferred compensation and 401(k)
- Assist employees with health, dental life and other related benefit claims
- Assist with the renewal process of health, life & retirement plans
- Ensure distribution of required employee notices
- Administer COBRA, PFML
- Respond to and resolves issues and requests from employees regarding various payroll and benefit matters
- File claims for Property, Casualty & Liability Insurance for managed properties
- Organize annual policies, track premium proposals and payments
- Organize certificates of insurance and delivery to lenders as required
- Maintain all personnel files
- Ensure adherence to the New Hire checklist
- Prepare monthly allocation of payroll and benefit costs to managed properties
- Working with VP of Finance on select projects
- BS degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (emphasis in Excel skills) and experience with ADP Payroll systems or other payroll software

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
