PM Oracle P&G Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a PM Oracle P&G Functional Consultant in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for the Oracle Projects and Grants (P&G) workstream during the EBS to Cloud migration
• Analyze current business processes in Oracle EBS related to grants management, capital projects, budgeting, billing, and cost control
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud functional configurations
• Support design, testing, and implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Grants Management modules
• Conduct gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance and Grants teams, to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Support change management efforts, including end-user training and documentation
• Act as liaison between technical teams, system integrators, and business users
  
  

Requirements

• 7 years of experience working with Oracle EBS Projects and Grants modules
• 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud PPM and/or Grants Management modules
• Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation or migration from EBS to Oracle Cloud
• Strong understanding of public sector grants management, project costing, billing, and budgeting
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
• Experience working in a government or public sector environment preferred
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification in Project Portfolio Management
• PMP or similar project management certification
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
