Summary: In this role, you will work closely with the Studio's Engineering teams and their leads, as well as studio product and business teams, to ensure priorities are carefully considered and met. You will help define key processes, assess and identify tools and workflows that make the work more efficient, and scope projects and risks to build predictability across multiple technical projects and services. Key Responsibilities include:
- Producer will assist with the coordination of technical feature development and maintenance
- Act as a critical partner in managing internal and external (or vendor) resources to ensure strong understanding and execution across projects
- Maintain regular communication, quality assessments, and progress tracking; Communication practices also include consistent and cadent check-ins with different teams to better understand their individual needs, as well as communicating out to Studio stakeholders and leads effectively via presentations, status reports and more
- Assist in planning, scoping, prioritizing and scheduling feature development with the technical leads and other key stakeholders; Plan sprints with regular cadence to generate an effective team velocity
- Be an advocate for clear and concise technical documentation and communication and champion effective process across teams
- Minimum 4 years of experience working on a games team
- Minimum 4 years of experience with project management tools - creating clear dashboards and documentation
- Minimum 4 years of experience with organizational communications
- 4 years of experience managing projects for teams large and small
- Familiarity with general software development practices and processes
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Azure DevOps/Jira, Confluence and MS Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, proactively and inclusively within all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate, collaborate and build effective partnerships cross-discipline
- Experience working with incident management tools and on-call best practices
- Experience working with game teams in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of PR (pull request) process and code commit
- Scrum or other Agile methodology experience a plus
